As a new parent in Atlanta, I’m finding it challenging to navigate the world of sleep training. There are so many methods out there, from gentle techniques to more structured approaches, and it can be overwhelming to decide what’s best for our baby. We’ve tried a few strategies, but so far, nothing seems to be effective, and the lack of sleep is really starting to weigh on us.
I’ve come across various methods like the Ferber method and the No Tears approach, but I’d love to hear how others have tackled this issue. What strategies have you found effective? How do you manage to get enough sleep while still considering your child’s emotional needs? Any advice on how to make this process easier for both of us would be greatly appreciated!
