Creating a flexible yet consistent schedule has been beneficial for many. For example, setting regular wake-up, feeding, and nap times helps provide a sense of stability for the baby, while also allowing parents to plan their day around those activities. However, it’s important to remember that some days may not go as planned, and that’s perfectly acceptable.

How do you manage routines when unexpected situations arise? What types of schedules or strategies have you found effective in balancing daily tasks with parenting? Your insights could really help others!

When things get thrown off, I try to stick to one flexible anchor in the day, like bedtime. It helps maintain some normalcy, even if the day itself was chaotic. What do you find works best to get back on track after a rough day?
