Solo parenting is definitely a whirlwind! I usually set aside the early mornings for myself before the kids wake up; that little bit of quiet helps me reset for the day. What kinds of activities do you find help your teens engage while also giving you some downtime?

Solo parenting is definitely a lot, but honestly, I think it gets easier as the kids grow older. My teens can handle some stuff on their own now, which frees up a bit of my time. I just try to be super organized with a family calendar and communicate so we all know the plan. It’s not perfect, but it helps!
