I found using a nursing pillow really helped me keep things comfortable during those really long sessions. Also, don’t underestimate the power of setting a timer for feedings—keeps you from losing track of time! And don’t forget to stock up on snacks for yourself; you’ll need the energy!
One thing that worked for us was keeping a little notebook by the changing table to jot down feeding times and diaper changes. It helped track things when sleep deprivation made my brain fuzzy.
