Finding the right sleep training method for your child can be quite the journey. With so many approaches available, it can be hard to determine what will work best. Some parents have great success with the Ferber method, while others prefer gentle, no-cry techniques.

I tried the Ferber method, but honestly, it didn’t click for us. We ended up using a modified version of the no-cry approach, which took longer but felt right for my little one. It was tough at first, especially the nighttime refusals, but consistency really paid off.
