Is broccoli safe to eat while breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding brings up a lot of questions about what foods are best for both mom and baby. One concern I have is whether eating broccoli could cause gas or discomfort for my little one. I really enjoy broccoli for its health benefits, but I want to make sure I’m mindful of my diet while nursing.

Have any of you found broccoli to be a good addition to your meals during breastfeeding? Did you notice any reactions from your babies? I’m eager to hear your experiences and any tips you might have for maintaining a nutritious diet while keeping baby’s tummy happy!

I ate broccoli pretty regularly while breastfeeding and didn’t notice any issues with my baby. I think it depends on the baby since some have more sensitive tummies than others. Have you tried other veggies like spinach or carrots to see how your little one reacts to those?
