How to Combat Parenting Burnout with Teens

Parenting teenagers often brings a mix of joy and exhaustion. Many of us can relate to the feeling of being overwhelmed with endless schedules, social events, and schoolwork. I’ve found that setting aside just one evening a week for family game night really helps us connect and unwind together. It’s amazing how some friendly competition can lighten the mood and remind us to just have fun. Plus, it gives me something to look forward to in the chaos!
