How to Choose a High School for Your Teen in 2026

Choosing a high school for your teenager in 2026 can be pretty daunting with so many options out there. As parents, we often consider factors like academic reputation, extracurricular activities, and how schools address mental health. Plus, our teens usually have their own opinions, which can complicate the decision even more.

What criteria have you found most important when choosing a school? Have any of your experiences influenced your decision-making process?
