I totally get the mealtime chaos! One thing that’s really helped us is having “theme nights” where we try different cuisines each week. It keeps things exciting and my kids love picking out a new dish to try. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in some healthy ingredients without them noticing!

One thing that helped me was sticking to a routine. Having meals at the same time every day made our toddlers more predictable and they started anticipating mealtime. I also found that letting them pick a vegetable or a side helped them feel more in control, which surprisingly made them more likely to actually eat it!
