Finding the right balance between work and parenting can often feel like a daunting challenge, especially for those of us who are just starting this journey. It’s incredible how quickly our schedules fill up—between work deadlines, school drop-offs, and various family commitments, it can get overwhelming in no time. Just recently, I was faced with a project deadline coinciding with my child’s first school performance, and it was definitely stressful!

What techniques or tips do you find most helpful for juggling your work responsibilities while still making time for family activities? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
