Choosing the Best Sleep Training Method: What Works for You?

As a parent of three kids with their own unique sleep patterns, I’ve been experimenting with various sleep training methods. It feels like a nightly gamble—some nights, the Ferber method seems promising, while other nights, the no-tears approach is our best bet. My youngest is a master at resisting sleep, while my oldest has perfected the art of sneaking into our bed like a little ninja.
