Finding healthy snacks that toddlers will actually enjoy can be quite a puzzle. There are so many options available, but it can be tricky to identify snacks that provide good nutrition while also appealing to their sometimes finicky tastes. Fresh fruits and vegetables are often a go-to, yet they can be met with a surprising amount of resistance!

I completely get that struggle! My toddler loves those freeze-dried fruit snacks, and they’re way easier than cutting up fresh fruit every time. I also found that mixing Greek yogurt with a bit of peanut butter makes it a hit for dipping apple slices or whole grain crackers. Keeps it kinda fun and tasty!
